We do our best to ensure all customers are happy with the products purchased from, however, occasionally you may need to return an item.

14 days return policy / Cancellation / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery and get a full refund.

You are responsible for safe return of the product including the cost of doing so. Products must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories and without any modifications. Products must be returned only after contact with us and are recommended to be sent by tracked delivery. Any loss or damage in transit to us will be sender’s liability.

If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all products that are returned.

We may be able to arrange for the product to be returned back to us on your behalf for a fee which will be advised at the time of booking such a service.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days after we receive the product. Delivery charge is non-refundable.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Warehouse Returns

Our returns policy is simple. We'll offer a full refund or exchange for any item you bring back to our warehouse in its original condition and with its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items returned in original condition after 14 may not be eligible for return/refunds or may only qualify for a credit note at our sole discretion.

Please don't throw away any packaging until you're sure you're happy with your purchase. Items returned without it may not be eligible for a full refund.

Online Purchase Returns

Returning items you've bought online is easy. Just send us a message with why you want to return the product by calling or sending an email to us. You have 14 days from the day you receive any item to qualify for a refund.

Take care to carefully package items as we may not be able to refund you for any that are damaged in transit. We will not be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit and, unless there is something wrong with the item, you must pay for its return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns due to delivery restrictions

You are responsible for providing safe means of access for delivery of our products. If at any point our delivery teams deem any access unsafe or hazardous they will not deliver until safe access is provided. If goods are rejected by the customer due to access issues or if it is found that any items will not fit into your home for any reason and you would like to return goods then there may be a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the goods value plus the delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights

Cancellations before delivery

If you change your mind for any reason after having placed your order, you may cancel your order for a full refund. All you need to do is advise us by calling us or sending an email at Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment normally within 2-3 working days.

Returns after delivery/Faults/Damages

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your goods on arrival or you find that there are any faults/damage with the furniture, then you have up until 5 days following delivery to report any damage/faults. We will do our very best to rectify any issues you may have, but please note our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods delivered, we do not pay compensation beyond these limits.
