Q) Do you sell at a retail location and can I collect in store?

A) Yes, we do have a warehouse outlet unlike an expensive showroom to keep our costs low and to pass on maximum savings to our customers. Customers are welcome to visit our warehouse outlet and buy any item and also arrange collection by agreeing a time with us. Unlike, some furniture shops you don’t have to wait weeks before your furniture is delivered to you.

Q) Do we deliver?

A) Yes, we deliver to UK mainland and some parts of Scotland. You can check more about our deliveries by clicking here.

Q) Is delivery free?

A) Yes, if you spend over £600 (England & Wales) on your order. Otherwise, we ask for a small contribution to allow us to offer a low cost delivery service across the UK.

Q) What happens if I don’t like my item?

A) Occasionally, you may need to return an item purchased from us for any reason. Just let us know within 14 days from receiving the product, arrange for the product to be delivered back to us and we will refund you the purchase price. You can return the product at our warehouse by pre arrangement and or we can arrange to collect the furniture with your liability being the cost of delivery. Q) Is everything in stock and how soon can you deliver?

A) Yes, we hold the stock of all the items displayed on the site and our delivery target is within 3-7 working days. After you have placed an order, we will let you know an appropriate delivery date (which is based on both the item you ordered and the delivery location and it's always within a maximum of 14 working days).

Q) Is everything assembled?

A) Yes, most of our furniture is assembled with the only exceptions being the beds, wardrobes and dining tables. Any product which needs self assembly will have instructions and is a straightforward job for most people.

Q) How can I pay?

A) All our payments are processed by secure third party payment processors like stripe and paypal. They accept a number of cards like Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Additionally, you don’t need to have a paypal account to use it for making any purchase.

Q) Do I have to wax or treat any of my furniture?

A) All of our products are ready to use so already have a finish on them and do not need any treatment of any kind. However, it is always advisable to use place mats on your furniture to avoid prolonged contact with wet or hot objects as this may discolour the wood and/or finish and this level of protection is appropriate for most items.
